I got into this because of my own parents. They were in their eighties — house paid off but falling apart, needing a new roof, and just too much to maintain on a fixed income. Every repair, every bill, every yard that needed cutting was a weight they simply couldn't carry anymore. They wanted to downsize but the traditional real estate market had no solution for their situation. They were trapped. And I felt completely helpless watching it.
Until someone showed me there was another way out that nobody had ever told us about. It changed everything for my family — and it's the reason I became a real estate investor.
Now I help other families find that same relief.
